Highlights

The Band received its highest accolade in November 1998 when it appeared before HM the Queen and members of the Royal Family in The Festival of Remembrance at The Royal Albert Hall.

"National Champions Playing At The Royal Albert Hall"

On 1st January 1996 the Band performed in the world’s biggest floral parade "The Tournament of Roses Parade" in Pasadena , California , the first British band to have taken part in this event which has run for more than 100 years.


"Performing In Disney World USA"

Participation in the Final Burma Star Reunion at The Royal Albert Hall before HRH The Duke of Edinburgh and leading The Burma Star Remembrance Parade from Horse Guards to the Cenotaph in 1996 and 1999

Leading The Polar Bears in the 50th, 55th and 60th anniversary parade of the Liberation of Holland in Arnhem. Many engagements around the UK to commemorate anniversaries of D Day, VE Day and VJ Day. The Band has marched alongside and played with many of their professional counterparts including the bands of the Prince of Wales Regiment, the Coldstream Guards, the Welsh Guards, the Scots Guards, the Irish Guards, the Life Guards, Band of the Blues and Royals, The Royal Lancers and the Royal Anglian Minden Band.

Visits to the continent with performances in Belgium , France , Germany , Holland and Spain .
